The Red Shouldered Hawk
Always Get's Its Prey!
With its talons opened wide, the hawk took a sharp turn to the west and hard downward, as it splash landed into the soft, swampy earth along the bank of the nearby canal. From my vantage point, I thought a blackbird had become a feast. What happens next is quite surprizing!
